Last weekend I took a trip to Chicago to see my mommy, Matt, & Seth. My sister, Carl & Nico just so happened to be spending the same weekend there. (This may have been slightly planned.) Carl and I got to spend Saturday at Wizard World. For those of you that aren't dorks like us, Wizard World is basically a comic book convention.
I have never actually attended an event like this before. Let me just say, WE HAD A BLAST!! I loved the cool costumes, I loved meeting some new friends, I love the junk that I came home with. Oh, and I met Missy Peregrym which was fantastic. We also met a cool guy named Joe Dodd through some of his friends that made an awesome drawing of DareDevil for Carl in his sketch book.
But, I also have to add that I loved seeing my family. It is great to have my sister and my brother and my mommy and my nephew and Carl and Matt all in ONE PLACE : ) Too bad it was only for a few days.
